CHAIR NOTES
Kelly thanked everyone for coming.
Thanks to all the scary monsters who came to the school disco. Disco raised £327 for school funds. Thanks to the parents who allowed us to use their pictures for our facebook page.
Stalls night in September raised £454 towards school funds. Thanks to everyone who came.
Christmas fayre is under way; stalls are all now all in place. Donation letters have been sent out and have received some from various companies. Georgina has blogged full information and will do a follow up next week for volunteers.
Debbie offered to design tickets for fayre.
Discussed with Kay what stalls the school would be doing – calendars, guess sweets in jar, treasure hunt and guess the teacher.
Discussed what would be best between Beat the Goalie or Beat the Basketball. Would see what volunteers we get and decide then.
Thank you to all the teachers who are giving up their Saturday to be at the fayre.
We have now bought a noticeboard with a glass cover for front of school. Please feel free to have a look at it. John has very kindly offered to put it up for us.
Christmas cards are all sent out. Kelly to blog a reminder on facebook.
It was agreed to donate £200 for Xmas food and presents for nursery and £200 for school parties.
Gail spoke about new school plans. All plans are on paper until October next year. There will be people coming to visit the school to ask what the kids would like to see at their new school.
TEACHERS NOTES
The school now has Wi-Fi throughout.

Xmas jumper day – 12th December
School calendars will be on sale at fayre and it’s in colour this year.
Kelly agreed to phone disco for school parties for P4-7 for 17th or 18th December.
School are doing a fun day for Children in Need Friday 14th November.
School dinners will be free for P1 to 3 as of January, Kay asking what is the best way to find out if parents would put kids to dinners or keep them packed lunch. She would need to look into how it will affect the dinner hall if numbers were to soar. Will put this on a blog.
TREASURER REPORT
Total in bank – £2028.30.
After disco it was agreed to have larger floats.
At present we have no access to bank account as there is a back log at Halifax, hopefully will be sorted soon.
A cash box is now in operation and is kept in school safe.
Books have now been completely audited and audit queries have been sent to previous treasurer.
It was agreed Public Liability Insurance money would be paid to school by cheque.
