Treasurer’s report
Balance £6,000 (including £2,000 Shell Grant )
P7 leaving gift – additional USB sticks are being purchased as cheaper to buy in bulk.
Shorts and Shades disco – glow sticks purchased

Sweaters for P7: Action: Kay to speak with P6 regarding sweaters.
Learning Journey folders: Action Kay and Trish to select and cost appropriate folders for funding from the Parent Council.
Sports Day;
Monday 18th June – Olympic torch bearer to give a talk at assembly
Tuesday 19th June – Olympic opening ceremony atLoirston
Sports Day will be held on Monday 25 June or Tuesday 26 June if it is raining on the Monday
Up and coming events
Nursery and P1 induction: P1 Induction is Tuesday 29th May at 6:30pm, nursery date to be determined.

Posh night for school leavers – 1st June: All money paid and Posh night booked for 2013 (date to be confirmed byLynn)
June disco – shorts and shades – Tuesday 12 June
P1-3 disco: 6:15 – 7pm: Volunteers: Mhairi Stewart, Lynn Eddie, Claire Whiffin plus 1, Tracey Robinson, Nicole Clark, Kay Macdonald, Trish Pert, Shonagh Neave and Nicola Guyan.
Doors – P1-3 parents drop off for the disco at the red unit doors. For pick up parents may come through the front door and leave via the red unit doors.
P4-7 disco: 7:15 – 8:15pm: Volunteers: Kay Macdonald, Trish Pert, Shonagh Neave, Alistair Gibson, Sarah Shearer, Scott Shearer, Kelly McGrogun, Pam Chapla
P4-7 drop off at the main entrance to the school and pick up / leave through the red unit doors. A note must be provided if pupils are walking home by themselves
For both discos admission is £1:50 per child and there will be a tuck shop and the opportunity to buy glow sticks
100 club: the winners for May were drawn.
