Your child will have brought home a smartie tube from school earlier this week. After they have enjoyed the sweets, they are invited, if you wish, to put some 20p pieces in. This venture was arranged by our ex music teacher, Morag Simpson, who recently visited the Gambia and is raising money to pay for some children’s education. Morag came into school on Monday to tell the pupils all about the children she will be helping. Morag will come into school in January to collect any smartie tubes that the children have filled.
