Dear Parents/Carers,
Please find below prom information. A letter will be coming home this week with your child. Please fill it in and send it back to the school office with payment in a sealed clearly marked envelope. Payment should be made by cash or cheque (made payable to Loirston Parent Council) by Friday 8th May 2015.MenStarter : Melon

Please remember to bring money for drinks
Photos will be taken in the hotel starting from 6pm in the suite just off the reception area. Please note that due to lack of space, parents won’t be allowed to stand about in the hotel reception, but can if they wish stand at the front door of hotel.
Please ensure that your child does not bring his/her mobile phones with them.
Parents will be able to see and order extra prom photos in the hotel from 9.45pm approx. Prints must be paid at time of ordering. Prices for photos vary depending on size of photo and quantity.
Home time is 10.30pm
