P5 pupils have been working really hard to organise a great fundraising day. They have come up with some great activities for the rest of the pupils to take part in. The fundraising is based around a Chinese theme as the p5 pupils learnt about China earlier this year. They are hoping to raise enough money to go visit the Pandas in Edinburgh Zoo. The event will take place on Wednesday 25th February in the community lounge. The activities range in prices from 20p – £1. There is also a raffle taking place throughout the week with a single ticket costing 20p and a strip costing £1. The children will come around the classes daily selling tickets. Some of the activities include guess the name of the Panda, guess the Panda’s birthday, toy sale, grain of rice challenge, karate demonstration, nail painting, Chinese crafts and much more.
